Moco Scratch is a multi-layered interactive experience that provides visitors with information and connection to the art and artists while delivering an engaging, fun journey. Visitors take a physical scratch card through the museum and at the end receive additional insights and shareable assets digitally. For Moco, it is a phygital layer that boosts satisfaction and return rates, captures artwork-preference insights, and turns visitors into promoters.
